Rotational/Twist Support (Handy 2+)

For the release of "The Handy 2" or a submodel like the "Pro" version we should at least have rotational/twist support which would be a big step up since a handjob typically involves a twist motion. That would be a great stepping stone before rolling out multi-axis support for further releases.
