Revert to maintaining speed setting when handyfeeling remote control is stopped

During a previous firmware upgrade, the remote app was changed from:
After stopping and restarting, the speed setting was maintained
to
After stopping and starting the speed setting is set at 0.

The former was much better. When I pause movement (for myself or someone else) I want to return to the same speed the overwhelming majority of the time.
