Feature, Suggestions and Reporting

To make sure the feedback process as smooth as possible, please use the following rules:

1. Please post in English
2. No support requests, which include things like refund/return/replacement requests, warranty claims, general questions on the device or services and status updates. For those, please reach out to contact@thehandy.com
3. Bugs and Crash Reporting are okay to post. While reporting a bug please try to include a showcase of the bug, description of what is happening, the applications, firmware and device involved and a guide to replicating the issue
4. No explicit content on display
5. Try to include images, videos and details to better explain your suggestion
6. Use tags to properly define what you are talking about
7. Try searching if your suggestion has already been made by other users, if yes please upvote them to raise awareness on it.
8. If you want a more direct conversation, try the Discord!
